The World Festival of Animated Film returns to Zagreb June 2-7, 2025.
Established in 1972, the festival and its competitions, retrospectives, presentations, exhibitions, pitching forums, lectures, awards, panoramas, workshops, and all other events have influenced and contributed to Zagreb’s artistic life, while promoting the art of animation throughout the world.
The festival promotes all forms of animation and serves as a gathering point for a worldwide community of filmmakers, creators, students, and fans as a place of inspiration, creativity, exchange of ideas, innovation, communication, and international diversity.
